All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers—they’re encrypted and sent directly to Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified provider.
Yes. As soon as your payment is successful, Stripe will generate a receipt and we’ll email it to the address you provide during checkout.
If your card is declined, double-check your card number, CVC, expiration date, and postal code. You can also try another card or contact your bank to approve the transaction.
If a student cancels before course access or materials are provided, they may request a full refund (minus any transaction or processing fees). Once access has been granted to course modules, materials, or registration preparation — or once the program has started — no refund will be issued for unused portions. All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
